   • Please ship the product in its original packaging to the provided return address, ensuring it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exclusions:

   • We cannot accept returns on used or damaged items, or items without their original packaging.
